DSA Approach
 The Planning Approach is based upon active and productive client involvement. The Project Team considers planning to be an interactive process which depends upon focused and productive user involvement. The client is involved throughout the process in a number of ways; during regular project work sessions, during project briefings and through technical memoranda issued at the completion of each work phase. The team will emphasize effective project management to complete the project on schedule and witin budget. The Project Team uses detailed project scheduling, project work orders, project team meetings, project cost reviews and projections, review of technical/adminstrative status and project reports for project management control purposes. This information serves to keep the client continually informed concerning the progress of the project. |
